Janet has 28+ years of environmental consultancy experience in
both the public and private sectors, having worked on major EIA
developments, predominately in the UK and Ireland.

She has worked on a range of projects within the transport, renewables, mining, marine and urban regeneration sectors. She manages large multi-disciplinary environmental teams to provide practical and innovative environmental and sustainable solutions on complex development projects.

Specific project experience comprises design tender advise regarding the construction of a deep-water quay in a sensitive environmental location in Scotland, preparation of the Marine Works Application, screening report and construction environmental management plan for the Loch Ryan Habitat Restoration project, environment manager during the construction of two windfarms, Rhodders Wind Farm, Glen Devon and
also Burnhead Wind Farm, Falkirk. 

Max has 30 years’ experience in new energy and decarbonisation (renewables, carbon capture, utilisation and storage, hydrogen), infrastructure, and oil and gas.

He is an environmental consultant specialising in early-stage project advisory, impact assessment, and permitting for clean energy developments, leading and collaborating in multi-discipline teams to identify optimal pathways to project, consent and operation.

Key project experience includes route selection, EIA for wind farm connections, studies, consultation and planning application preparations for wind farms, Multiple feasibility studies, etc.

Keith is an EIA and consents specialist with 18 years experience supporting clients in the power and transport sectors.  

Ben has directed and managed multidisciplinary renewable power, linear and large infrastructure projects (onshore and offshore) complying with local permitting regimes and guided by international best practice, in Europe, Africa and North America. His recent experience includes directing multiple onshore wind, solar PV, BESS and co-located development EIAs to support S36 and T&CP applications.

Ben is experienced at working with clients, funding institutions and regulators alike to identify, assess and appropriately manage project risks and benefits. 

Pete is the onshore renewable energy lead for the UK & Ireland and has 20 years of professional experience across the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. He has a broad technical background including EIA management, technical report writing, site assessment and remediation and environmental due diligence.

He specializes in leading teams of consultants to deliver client focused solutions across renewable energy industry sector.

Rachel has 25+ years of experience gained in energy sector, environmental consultancy, water industry and financial services. She is working within the Capital Project Delivery Team, driving climate solutions. 

As Climate Change Advisor to the Chief Sustainability Officer she led the development, review and delivery of SSE’s Net Zero Transition Plan to prepare and ensure resilience in a climate changed world. She was engaged with key stakeholders to drive climate actions that supported the reduction of millions of tonnes of carbon. Alongside this delivered leading climate and environment disclosures to support effective governance and performance improvements. 

Laurie is a specialist in early-stage project advisory, impact assessment, and permitting for clean energy developments, leading and collaborating in multi-discipline teams to identify optimal pathways to project, consent and operation. Laurie’s renewables experience includes leading the survey, screening, scoping and preparation of EIA reports in support of applications under the Electricity Act and associated planning and EIA requirements. These include applications through the Scottish Energy Consents Unit and Local Planning Authorities.

Nicholas is a Biodiversity Consultant and Chartered Environmentalist specializing in renewable energy and other forms of sustainable development with over 16 years of consulting experience.
