Unlocking CSRD’s Business Value: Early Cross-Sector Lessons

Laurent Beuselinck is a environmental engineer and scientist with over 20 years of international experience in the sustainability sector. As the leader for ERM’s Corporate Sustainability and Low Carbon Economy Transition services in Southern Europe, he has a significant track record in both technical and senior operational roles, including serving as Managing Partner for ERM in France, Brazil, and the Benelux region. He acts as the Partner-in-Charge on complex ESG, water, and climate change projects for major clients in the Energy, Chemical, and Mining sectors. Laurent also serves on the board of EpE, the French representative of the WBCSD, alongside CEOs from some of Europe’s largest corporations. 

Nicolas Heath is a recognised expert and strategist in corporate sustainability, with extensive international experience advising the world's leading companies. As the lead for ERM’s CSRD services across Northern Europe, he has a proven track record of designing and implementing sustainability and disclosure strategies for large organisations, leading interdisciplinary teams to translate complex technical requirements into commercial contexts. He is also a Guest Lecturer on Materiality at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and a published author on key sustainability trends. 

Jennifer is a Partner in our Corporate Sustainability practice. She has 30 years of consulting experience in strategy, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness, with the last 15 years solely focused on the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) space. She works closely with clients to enhance their ESG disclosures, tools, and performance. She is experienced in ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement, and developing sustainable business strategies. Jen’s current area of focus is supporting clients as they navigate the transition from voluntary to regulatory ESG disclosures. 

Aiste Brackley is an established and highly skilled expert, thought leader, and strategist with more than two decades of international experience in private, non-profit, and government sectors. Extensive experience in designing and implementing sustainability, ESG, and climate change strategies at large organizations; leading large teams as a senior director and implementing initiatives that require complex engagement of internal and external stakeholders. She is frequent speaker and contributor at conferences and in the media.
