This upcoming roundtable, co-hosted by ERM and Sweep, continues that tradition by bringing together leading technology and deep sustainability expertise.

Specifically designed for senior professionals and executives from US-based companies, this roundtable will delve into the complexities posed by the CSRD and other European regulations. In addition to reporting requirements, the discussion will explore how these regulations will influence growth strategies for US companies operating on a global scale.

Partner, North America CSRD Lead, ERM

Mohit Chandra is a leader in ERM’s Sustainability Strategy and Disclosures practice with over 25 years of management consulting experience. He partners with clients on large-scale change efforts and has overseen major transformational projects across industries, including healthcare, financial services, and private equity. Previously, Mohit was a partner and managing director at a Big 4 firm and an engagement manager at a strategy consulting firm; he holds an MBA from The Ohio State University, a CFA, and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.

Rachel Delacour

Cofounder & CEO, Sweep

Rachel Delacour, cofounder and CEO of Sweep, is an award-winning entrepreneur with a background in finance. She co-founded BIME Analytics in 2009, a pioneering business intelligence SaaS company that was acquired by Zendesk six years later, where she served as General Manager. Driven by a passion for climate action, Rachel channeled her expertise into developing Sweep. A leading female figure in European tech, she was elected co-President of France Digitale in 2018 and actively supports female-founded startups in the US and France. Her thought leadership has been featured in The Economist and The Wall Street Journal.
